Running Log: 6.4km in 46 mins

Di atas consideration untuk menambah frequency bersenam 3x seminggu, jadi kiter cuba untuk kurangkan masa berlari supaya badan cepat recover daripada kepenatan.

Sebab nak challenge kemampuan diri punya pasal, arini kiter try pegi sampai 9km/h.
Walaupun agak kelam kabut nak seimbangkan pernafasan + kepenatan + memotivasi diri, Alhamdullilah kiter can make it sampai 20 mins.

So try untuk 2-3 minggu n tengok cemana.

* 2.5 mins brisk walk
* 5 mins running at 8km/h
* 2.5 mins running at 8.5km/h
* 20 mins running at 9km/h
* 14 mins running at 8.5km/h
* 2 mins slow down running + brisk walk
