Running Log: 8.9km 68mins


Sepatutnya work out 3 kali seminggu.. Tapi tatau kenapa dah jadi 2 kali seminggu plak ni..
By the way, lepas melantak sakan weekend aritu, marilah kita work out..
Breakfast makan bubur sayur dengan harapan dapat mengumpul tenaga..

By the way, on the 1st 30 mins, masa tengah gigih memotivasi diri untuk pergi 30 minit lg, tetiba mesin shut down.. Abes semua data hilang...
Bukan pasal rosak, tapi tangan ni tetiba gatal pi usik button emergency stop..
Bongok apa kah kiter ni arini..
